“By far the worst service experience I’ve ever had. My truck was at this dealership for over a month. The very next day after getting it back, the check engine light came on. I took it to another mechanic and the first thing they found was a missing screw on the engine. How does something like that happen after a vehicle has supposedly been repaired? The whole process was poorly handled, and the repairs clearly weren’t done correctly. I have zero confidence in their service department.”
