“I drove a little caddy, and it was totaled because I was rear ended twice in a month. I needed something quickly. I first reached out to Mr. Harry Doggett via email, and he called me back right away. I told him about my car being a total loss, and the insurance taking its time to pay out. And that I needed something quickly because I had to turn in my rental by this Tuesday. I told him my payment budget, my credit score, and that I needed something that could haul a lamb (My daughter is in FFA) and in time pull a trailer. He did not try to sugar coat, nor did I. He showed me one truck that based on our conversation, he thought would fit what I said I needed. Needless to say, it did. The finance part was easy. Their credit union met what I needed as far as interest rate. There was no "let's go meet with these folks, and then these folks." ( I cannot stand that part of car buying) I sat with my daughter and my grandbaby while he met with various folks and had my tank filled and truck washed. I ate popcorn and chilled on the couches. The place was popping! As was the popcorn. Everyone there looked happy. The customers and the employees. I then met with Mr. Israel Ruiz who was also welcoming and honest. Of course, I bought the platinum warranty and Gap insurance. I would be insane not to. Car repairs are not cheap, and I need a car to get to work and run the lamb around. As far as Gap, I just experienced what that would be like without. I would have still owed $6000 on a totaled car. After all was done, Mr. Doggett helped me get my rental dropped off so that I could drive my new truck home. I cannot believe how easy and efficient the entire day was. I am a customer for life!
