“Nicole made my truck shopping experience the most pleasant car buying experience I’ve ever had. My encounter with every person was pleasant and super friendly. Mitch conversed with me while Nicole was working a deal. Santiago processed financing smoothly and quickly . Elvis is definitely the right guy to closure the deal, if he can’t put a bigger smile on your face something is wrong with you. I bought many cars in my lifetime and this is by far the best car by an experience, thank you for no pressure and easy shopping.”

“Gary, our salesperson, was professional, informative, and courteous throughout our visit, and he made a genuine effort to assist us. We came to the dealership after visiting a neighboring Toyota location, where the terms offered did not meet our needs. Our intent was to trade in a 2021 Toyota 4Runner toward a Chevy Traverse, and due to time constraints and my work schedule, I was prepared to complete a purchase that evening if reasonable terms could be reached. After test-driving the vehicle and confirming it was the right fit, we entered negotiations with a trade-in and $2,000 down, negotiating in good faith. When we reached finance, the tone shifted. Comments were made regarding the late hour, including “I’m not trying to be here all night,” followed by what was presented as a final, non-negotiable offer. The remaining difference between both parties was minimal (approximately $9), yet no flexibility was offered. We chose not to proceed, as the discussion no longer felt collaborative and appeared influenced by closing time rather than mutual agreement. Our credit was run during this process. Although follow-up communication occurred the next day, the figures discussed did not align with our prior understanding. At that point, we felt our time had been wasted and we gave them a number but never heard back. I was ready to do business and hoped to establish a positive relationship; however, the experience suggested that operational timing ultimately took precedence over completing a mutually agreeable transaction.”

“MACK SMITH is just a small part of the scam artistry here. Celsey, the big woman behind the service department desk has bad customer service. 0 stars. When people say dont take your car to the dealership to get it fixed, this is the place they mean. If youre rich AND stupid, this is the perfect place to get repairs done. They try so hard to rip you off and when you question their pricing, they say they get it from a book that all scam artis-I mean "reputable" mechanics use and it's standard rates. They also told me that they get their labor costs from said book so if the labor in the book says the fix takes 6 hours, but they only take 1.5 hours to ACTUALLY fix it, they still charge you for 6 hours of labor. I needed to get my power seat switch fixed and he said it took 1.5 hours of actual labor. The switch should have cost less than $100 and they charged me $150 + $300 worth of labor for a total of almost $400. $300 for an hour and a half worth of work and they didn't even take the seat out. They just replaced the side panel switch. $300. Then tried to charge me to replace the motor in the seat which should be around $400 at most with labor according to repairpal.com. Nope $600 according to these scam artists. Read the reviews before taking your car here. They rely on you using your warranty so that they can rip off the warranty company. If you pay out of pocket, you will get just as ripped off by them.”

“Lone Star Chevrolet is the best dealership in Houston. We became part of the Lone Star Family since 2024, and we never looked back . From our sales rep Daniel Saad , who is an incredibly patient, and went above and beyond to assure we picked what we were looking for. To Adam the floor manager , who has always treated us like family . Always very welcoming . James in finance he is great at his job, he knows exactly what he is doing . James is very professional, and takes his time explaining. He is the only guy my husband and I like to handle our deals . You can’t forget about George best known as “Elvis “ He makes your experience a whole lot better, he has such a great heart and his personality top-notch ! “After having a bad experience at another dealership, I was lucky enough to end up with Harry Doggett as my sales agent. I could not have asked for a better experience. He was respectful, showed that he cared, fair, honest and not only earned our business for this vehicle, but we will forever be loyal to him and Lone Star. Everyone else was wonderful as well.
