“I bought a 2019 Ram truck from this place on Tuesday Dec. 9th 2025 and drove it home. 2 days later I drove it to the store and a dash alert stated that it was overheating. I took it to a mechanic shop that I trust and usually use, and was told that the truck has several engine issues and I should bring it back. I reached out to Amir, and he claimed that he had a mechanic check it out prior to the sale and that there were no issues when he sold it to me, so "this just magically happened within the 2 days since I purchased it." I asked if I could bring it back and purchase another vehicle from him and he refused. I also reached out to Trucar Website Reps which is the website that was referred by my bank Navy Federal Credit Union. They reached out to Amir also, but he still denied any responsibility and refused to help cover any of the fees to fix the issues. Now I have to spend more money to fix these issues that I had no idea of. He made me feel like I could trust him when I was buying the truck, but now I realized that I got scammed. $21,500 later, and now I have a truck parked in my driveway that I cannot drive. I would be very cautious about purchasing anything from this place, because if this is how they treat a Disabled Veteran, I imagine how they'll treat anyone else!!!”
