“48 Days and Still Waiting - Avoid this Dealer at All Costs
WARNING: Be extremely cautious before buying from this dealership. I purchased a 2017 Mazda CX-9 on December 29, 2025. Less than 24 hours after delivery, on December 30 at 3:09 PM, the 'Check Engine' light came on (I have attached the photo with the timestamp as proof). The vehicle was admitted to their service department that same day under Work Order RO #384640.
As of today, February 17, 2026, the dealership has been in possession of my vehicle for 48 consecutive days. I have attempted to resolve this in good faith multiple times, but today the General Manager refused to even meet with me or sign a commitment for a delivery date.
It is unacceptable and a violation of my consumer rights under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA) to hold a vehicle for nearly two months for a failure that occurred immediately after purchase and is explicitly covered by their own powertrain warranty.
I have already escalated this case to the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TxDMV) and served a formal legal notice. I do not recommend this location if you are looking for responsible service or transparency from management.”

“Excellent support for sales and post sale service..Sales associate Shane and Sales Supervisor Andrew and Finance Executive Juan all did a commendable job...no sales pressure very transparent discussion and value customers choice and make the deal. It is also worth mentioning that the advertise vehicle when I asked before coming to showroom they confirmed the vehicles are available and tell the truth. Most of the times good below market advertised listed vehicle is only bring in customers and then offer something different. We saw that is listed on their online site and test drove and made the offer. Thanks for all these 3 executives making the process trusting and transparent..and they are asset to the company they work for. I wish them all the best.”

“My husband bought me an SUV from Scott. I was thrilled about it. I was told that the oil had been changed on the vehicle. However, when I traveled to another state, the oil light came on, which was strange. I took it to the dealership and was told that I had an oil leak. I was frustrated because I received the vehicle on October 31, 2025, and it’s now November 28, 2025. It’s unbelievable that the oil needed to be changed so soon, and to top it off, there was an oil leak. I was especially upset because it was Black Friday, and now I have to make this a priority, and I’m in another state.
I went to the dealership to retrieve information for my extended warranty, but Scott wasn’t available. Another salesperson went out of their way to help me get the information I needed. I needed to speak to another person to find out how to resolve the issue. I went in today, and another salesperson went out of their way to help me.
I’m sorry I’m not very good with names, but I spoke to Ed. I told him my concerns, and to my surprise, this man took care of the situation immediately. He partnered me with Ricky, the service advisor, and they took care of me without any hesitation. Not only that, but they also put me in a rental car, and Dillion was amazing as well. I couldn’t stop showing my gratitude to each and everyone of them.
Kindness and a positive approach go a long way. Even though I had an issue, I never was rude about it. Even when I felt like I was talking with passion (aggressively), I apologized because we are human. And when someone is trying to make it right, let them. Don’t feel as if they have to because they don’t. Ed, you have an amazing team, and thank you so much for your help.”
