âI had a very disappointing experience working with Brian in the service department.
I brought my car in because it suddenly stopped accelerating, leaving me with no option but to drop it off at Ford. From the beginning, communication was poor. I repeatedly had to call for updates, as none were proactively provided. I also asked about a loaner vehicle since the cost of Ubers was adding up, but I was consistently told none were available. While inconvenient, I accepted this and continued waiting.
The repair process took nearly a month due to a part being on back order. When I was finally notified that my car was ready, I was quoted a specific repair cost, which I paid. Minutes later, I received another call stating I also needed to pay a $200 deductibleâsomething that was never mentioned prior to payment. At that point, I felt blindsided but paid it so I could get my car back.
Less than an hour after driving home, the check engine light came on and I began hearing a concerning noise from the engine. I immediately contacted Brian to report the issue. Instead of resolving it promptly, I was left waiting two to three weeks just to bring the car back in for inspection. During this time, there was little follow-up or urgency, and I essentially felt ignored.
Ultimately, Brian left me in limbo until he moved to another department, without ensuring my issue was properly addressed. He did give me a colleagues number to basically throw me to him. Given the lack of communication, unexpected charges, and unresolved concerns after such a long repair period, this experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional.â

âGreat experience from start to finish! I was in and out with no problems at all. They took care of my oil change and even included a car wash, which was a nice bonus. Lalo and Brian were amazingâprofessional, friendly, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this dealership for quick and reliable service!â

âMy salesman was good, friendly and had the truck pulled up front ready for me. The paperwork and financing was a long drawn out process that became frustrating after 3 hours. Other than that over all a good experience. ********UP DATE*********** Upon further and more in depth inspection of my truck I found that my engine oil had not been changed before purchase nor had the wiper blades been replaced, like I was told and reassured it had been, which is part of the ford gold certification adding $2,000 to the sales price that I did not request be performed. This issue was brought up a couple days after purchasing the truck because the oil change interval only had 20% left. So I asked for a receipt or documentation proving the truck had been serviced, one was produced 2 days later, which I now believe was falsified. I happen to notice the rubber on the wiper blades separating, so I thought I might should check the oil. Keep in mind I have only driven less than 3000 miles on paved roads. The engine bay covered in dust, dipstick NO FINGERPRINTS, oil cap NO FINGERPRINTS, ZERO hand prints anywhere in the engine bay. I donât believe the hood was even opened during this GOLD STANDARD inspection. Also the truck was pictured with weather tech floor mats that managed to disappear before being sold. The radio antenna was also missing and not noticed during the gold inspection and when I questioned the salesman I was told the antenna is internal, which is not true. All this being said be sure to inspect your vehicle very well before purchasing. Make sure you are not paying for services that have not been performed, do not trust what you are told. Hope this helps further car buyers out.â

âI bought my first Mustang here, and the sales person Jose was great and helpful, and I appreciated that. I trust this dealer so I do all my maintenance here since I bought the car. However, the service is just so-so. Either the actual waiting time is much longer than the estimation they gave me, or they charged higher fee for both service and parts. Thats all fine, I can tolerate.
The most recent experience, which is a recall maintenance, destroyed my trust. My windshield was hit by a rock on the highway on Aug, as shown in the first pic, leaving a long crack. I paid for a fix to fill the crack gap after that, it was fixed very well and everything good in the past 2.5 months until this recall maintenance. I dropped off my car on Oct 30 for it, and they do not mention anything about whether this maintenance may influence that crack. So I trust them and left. When I picked up my car on Oct 31, the crack on the windshield spreaded like a flower. And the representative guy, Antonio, even said it may be caused by the temperature or anything else? Seriously? It was 90-100, or even 100+ Fahrenheit during Aug or Sep, and it was all good. Then now just 70~ F, and you told me this might be the reason? kidding me? Not to mention he kept trying to avoid any duty to this or at least find me a resolution. This experience is horrible, and unacceptable. No matter what happened to this crack, it is a different one. I do not think a normal Body Control System recall maintenance may cause any influence to my windshield. And even it my cause that, you can mention that possibility to me when I dropped off so I can consider not doing the maintenance. But they do nothing and only wanted to avoid any duty. Overall, never come back, and I highly suggest not going to this dealer for any service.â
