This last visit, not only were my service and warranty repairs completed promptly, I received my car fully detailed AND with a full tank. I had a super busy day when I dropped her off, and in my rush, I had left her near empty. Who does stuff like that? Trevon.”

“Mario my salesman was super awesome! No high pressure and he listened to my needs, personable too. Brandon in finance was fabulous as well. They took such good care of me. Drove home with a brand new G70 prestige and am in love with it. Best dealership experience I've had. So glad I stopped just to browse. “I brought my vehicle to Genesis of Southwest Houston for diagnostic service on some dashboard lights. During inspection, a technician caused an electrical fire by inserting metal pliers into my fuse box. The situation was handled poorly the fire was extinguished, but residue was left throughout my engine bay, and no one took proper responsibility for the damage. I was stuck at the dealership from 11:30 a.m. to almost 7:00 p.m., waiting for a resolution that never came, and ultimately had to tow my car home myself.
The service director, Myra Garcia, was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout the process, attempting to deflect blame instead of resolving the issue. The experience showed a complete lack of accountability and customer care.”
