“I brought my vehicle to Genesis of Southwest Houston for diagnostic service on some dashboard lights. During inspection, a technician caused an electrical fire by inserting metal pliers into my fuse box. The situation was handled poorly the fire was extinguished, but residue was left throughout my engine bay, and no one took proper responsibility for the damage. I was stuck at the dealership from 11:30 a.m. to almost 7:00 p.m., waiting for a resolution that never came, and ultimately had to tow my car home myself. The service director, Myra Garcia, was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout the process, attempting to deflect blame instead of resolving the issue. The experience showed a complete lack of accountability and customer care.”
