“Looked online and found the exact vehicle I wanted at Doggett Honda Med Center Houston. I live in College Station, so I contacted and worked with Andy Tran over phone/text/email to finalize the deal before ever going to the dealership (because it's an hour and a half drive for me). Got a final drive-out number from Andy and when we showed up, the number was exactly as we agreed to on the contract. When we got to the dealership to pick up my new CR-V Hybrid, they had it washed and ready to go pulled up under the awning. I looked it over and it looked perfect, exactly what the photos on the website showed. Didn't even need to test drive it, just went inside to finalize everything. Marvin in finance was also very easy to work with, didn't try to force us in any add-ons or extras.
