“I came to this dealership to look at a couple different trucks because they offer a lot of variety. I test drove a Ram, GMC and looked at some Chevy's. I really liked the GMC but it had a bit of a pull when braking at slow speeds. Now this is an as-is dealership, but Allen agreed to look into the issue if I was serious about purchasing the truck. Only a week later he had the calipers, ball joints and brake lines all replaced at no cost to me. The truck was already at a fair market value and honestly I was amazed he took care of this, so he would know I had a solid truck of his lot. This is the kind of honest and respect you want to deal with. I would highly recommend looking here for your next diesel truck.”

“The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a car dealership. We walked in to talk about trucks we had already looked at & when we asked to discuss them, we were told all the information was online (which we had already been looking at) but were wanting to discuss with a dealer. We were immediately met with rude, dismissive, and sarcastic comments. Especially when we pointed out & questioned things about a truck that were not shown in the photos online. It felt like they were hiding these defects and weren’t going to fix them unless pointed out (ie missing hub cap, missing plastic cover on tailgate, holes in the bed, dents, & more). Once these were pointed out, quick fixes were offered, but there was zero negotiation or even consideration of what we had to trade in, put down, etc. I believe we dealt with the owner the whole entire time. When our concerns were voiced he just defended the deformities on the fact that it’s “a truck and should be used like one” instead of listening. I would say if you’re in the market for terrible customer service and absolutely no negotiation, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, I would stay away from this place. ******Update******* After leaving the bad review, the owner of the dealership then went and found personal information online and brought it up in a voicemail he left me. I’m not one to typically leave reviews in general, but I want everyone to know how deceptive and slimey this place is. His response to my review sure sounds professional, but I can assure you it’s not that way in person.”
