This was the worst dealership service experience I have ever had. I arrived on time for a scheduled 10:00 AM appointment to diagnose my AC. Nearly five hours later, after minimal communication and multiple follow-ups on my part, I was presented with a $510 charge that did not match the quote provided when I scheduled the appointment. A full service inspection was initiated without my request. At one point, I was told that AC diagnostics “typically take 24–48 hours,” which made no sense for a vehicle that was functioning normally aside from blowing warm air. Another staff member later referenced a “warranty issue” that had never been discussed with me. Although a rental vehicle was offered, it did not address the larger concern — the lack of transparency and inconsistent information surrounding my vehicle’s status. Leaving my car overnight was not a consideration for a scheduled diagnostic visit that should have been straightforward. The waiting room turned over several times while I remained there without meaningful updates. The overall experience felt disorganized, poorly communicated, and revenue-driven rather than customer-focused. The issue was eventually identified, but I do not trust this dealership to complete the repair. I will not be returning. Very disappointing compared to my previous visits.

I would like to thank Mr. Gregory JONES for his great customer service/sale and his patient on explaining the details of the X5 Cadillac 2026. Also, I would like to thank Mr. Scott Wheat for working with me on my finance. It was something that I was able to afford. And for Mr. Leo Munoz, thank you so much for the teamwork and effort to pull this through. I appreciate all the hard work you men did for me. Looking forward to my next Cadillac in the future. I will highly recommend you all.

I had a great experience today at Cadillac Central in Houston. I worked with Marc Guerrero and Leo Munoz, and both of them were outstanding. They were professional, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Marco took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood every step, and Leo went above and beyond to make the experience smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find a team that’s this friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. His consistent professionalism and mostly his kindness is why we continue to patronize Central Cadillac. He's knowable and consistently informative.
