“If I could give this place 0 stars I would. It doesn’t deserve a single star. My car was in the shop for a month due to transmission issues. Carla the service rep on my car had horrible communication and when I would call back I could tell she was annoyed. She sighed into the phone one time when my husband called to get the status of my car. She told me it would be ready before Thanksgiving (it wasn’t) then told me Friday. Called Friday she said she would call me back (didn’t). So I called Saturday (today) and told the receptionist (Gene) who was phenomenal by the way. I told her my grievances and she was super sweet and understand and told me she would personally walk over to service to speak with Brandon the manager of service. Brandon was also phenomenally nice and understanding as well. He tells me my car is ready. We go and pick up my car and luckily my husband checked under my hood because my engine cover was missing. Checked my backseat and there’s a huge piece of something that obviously belongs into under my hood. We let the know this and Brandon is very apologetic. We don’t blame him. We blame the laziness of the service workers. However, they got it fixed. I drive my car and everything is fine. Make it home and now my car will not shift into drive. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a dealership. I wouldn’t care if this was the last dealership on earth, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO GET SERVICED ON HERE!!! You will get the run around and lack of care concerning your vehicle. Now I have to take my car BACK to the shop for yet another mistake smh.”

“Took my daughter for a first time buyer, 1 phone call, 1 visit and I was done. Everything about this experience for us was perfect. Alex sales manager was great to deal with, he was friendly and explained our options and was very helpful. My salesmen both were very nice and made this transaction flawless. They both were great. Brit and Adam are the guys u need to go see. Michael in financing was quick and pleasant to work with. When my daughter took delivery, both sales guys explained in depth and every detail of her new car....100% recommend, dont go anywhere else. Thanks to you all for a awsome experience.”

I originally called to get a different number to another dealership, Ms. Cindy assisted and let me know that bayway had taken over the lot and under new ownership. She sounded so good on the phone and convincing that this staff would be more than happy to help, I just had to come see. When I came into the dealership I was greeted by Nathan, he was an amazing salesman and made sure to answer any questions and concerns I had. This was such a smooth trade in, I thought processes like these take many hours and lots of strings being pulled, but no, each person that assisted me was eager and striving for the best costumer service experience.
