“So…..I wanted to do something extra nice for wifey. I came in and met with Hugo (Audi Sales Rep) and we hit it off. I told him my lease ends in April but was looking to entering in another lease. That process was easy and seamless.
Now here’s where it took a turn. Hugo and I came up with a great idea to surprise wifey. He calls her up and tells her to come in due to a recall. She said “yes of course” and agreed on the day and time.
She shows up, drops the car off and was immediately greeted by Hugo. He talks about her car and the work needed and proceeds to walk to the showroom next door. During this point, wifey still has no idea.
Once in the showroom, she sees 3 cars that I think she would like. We set it up for her to choose any car on the lot but figured one of these three would get the job done.
She picks a car (guess), and they move it to the other showroom and sneak a gift basket for her. Full disclosure I bought the champagne and wine but Hugo got the gift basket and goodies.
Needless to say. Big thumbs up to Hugo and Sewell for making the experience fun!
I recommend meeting/having Hugo help you with your car buying/leasing experience. They went above and beyond.”

I proudly drive my new Q5 with the Sewell name on the plates! Ask for Barrett. He was awesome! From the time we walked into the showroom till we drove out the lot, we felt like valued customers. Barrett was professional and patient during the entire process (even during negotiations) and I walked out feeling like I got a great deal on my vehicle.”

When I traded my car in for the Audi I purchased, I was promised a second key. I was told I would receive that key the day I brought back the spare key to the other vehicle. After the deal was done and the keys were being handed over, IC took the spare key off of the key ring. I thought this was standard practice. When I returned the key from the traded in vehicle, I was told by IC that there was no spare key for the Audi. Even though I remember him taking it off. I left furious. IC called me and proceeded to call me a lier saying that I didn’t see what I thought I had seen. Two days later, I received a call. IC told me the previous owner had walked in and returned the key. He and I (and my husband) know that didn’t happen. I am still furious about how I was treated and talked down to. I wouldn’t recommend using this dealership. Also, the we were told the Audi package was nonnegotiable if we wanted to purchase a car from them. After signing paperwork, we found out it is in fact not required to purchase a vehicle from them. I feel like we were bated and hooked then everything switched. I absolutely love my Audi. I do not like this dealership.
IC was great! I didn’t feel pressured or forced into buying a car from him. He made the numbers work for us and was helpful from our first conversation. Thank you Audi of North Houston and IC. Y’all made buying a new car as enjoyable and informative as possible.”

“My experience here felt almost unreal it was by far the easiest car-buying process I’ve ever had. Front desk staff awesome. Drew, my salesman, was incredibly humble and attentive. Andy, who actually reminded me of Prince Harry, was just as personable. The finance manager truly knew his field and made the entire financial process smooth and stress-free. Everyone I encountered was immaculate in their professionalism kind, welcoming, informative, and completely transparent from start to finish. Overall, the experience was nothing short of exceptional.”

Yet what truly sets this dealership apart is the quality of service. I was greeted by Angel Freitez, whose approach was not only courteous but also highly professional. His deep knowledge of each model, along with financing alternatives, made the process clear and reassuring. Brett, the manager, reinforced this experience with the same professionalism and attentiveness, creating a level of confidence that is hard to find in this industry.
In past experiences at other dealerships, I often felt pressured or uneasy, as if the goal was simply to close a quick deal without regard for long-term customer satisfaction. At Audi North Houston, the opposite was true. Angel and Brett both understood that loyalty comes from transparency, patience, and ensuring the client feels they’ve made the right decision. Here, you feel advised rather than pushed.
