“I’ve been there 4 times since October 1st with issues with my car. Initially due to my brakes being super squeaky. Every time I’d call, I’d get sent to voicemail and leave messages with no call backs. Parts would get ordered and I would have to call because I would never receive a call that they were in. My brakes still aren’t fixed, even though they claimed it was. Now I’m getting told a story that there aren’t any parts available or made yet to fix my issues. There is literally no way! I drive a 2024, you can’t tell me that there is no fix available for my brakes squeaking!”
