“Great service. We needed 2 winter tires mounted, balanced, and put on the front of our front wheel drive Hyundai. They were busy but said they would work me in within a couple of hours. They finished the job way faster than expected. I took 86 home and ran it right up to 80 to check balancing. Perfectively balanced, great job done quickly and at a fair price. 👍”

“I was just browsing online for a vehicle fully expecting to not be able to get approved for any type of loan. The same night I submitted a credit application I heard back from Chelsea and I was shown a few different cars in their lot.
My credit history is horrible and I just started my job, regardless they somehow managed to get me a loan for a 2020 Jeep Compass Limited that had under 26k miles with only 1200 down! They are delivering to my house for me.
For comparison i have went to dealerships and even with $2000 down i could only get approved for cars with over 100K miles that were over 10 years old.
The entire buying process only took a few days, and it probably could have been done in just 1 or 2 days if I had the time off of work sooner.
They treated us like family and were so kind, honest, and transparent.
I will NEVER shop at another dealership and anyone who sees this and is questioning if they should go there for a car, do it and you wont be disappointed! Thank you guys so much for all that you did to get us in our new but "used" car.”

“Really great experience. Answered a mailer out of curiosity. They didnt have what i was looking for on hand but close. I had mentioned I didnt like white but a Grey or silver. 2 days later I was contacted about a trade in that I fell in love with. My trade value was fair and the process was smooth. Id recommend dave Walsh. But the whole team is great and makes you comfortable. Probably the best experience I have had in purchasing a vehicle.”

“They did a trade In appraisal. They listed that my jeep needed new tires, new brakes, horn was busted, roof leaked, windows didn’t work and a ton of other issues and offered a $1000 trade because it supposedly wouldn’t pass inspection. I do need rear actuators for my parking brake and a flex pipe put on.
A few days after their appraisal another shop said my tires would be good until the beginning of winter in 2026, my front brakes were redone in October of 24 (pads, rotors and a caliper), rear brakes in January of 25 (pads, rotors, both calipers and a brake line), I have receipts for these repairs. My sunroof has never leaked except one time I accidentally left it open. My horn and windows work and it just passed inspection on the 10th of this month.
On the 18th of July I took it in because they said the front wheel bearings, inner and outer tie rods, ball joints, sway bar and sway bar links were bad, they supposedly fixed the rear sway bar links but now the front end is still not fixed and the rear makes a noise that wasn’t there before so I’m assuming the guy who doesn’t know how to operate a horn “fixed” it because now I have to take it somewhere else to actually get it fixed right instead of busted. I only went here because I bought it there, still under warranty and no deductible. Don’t worry, I’m sure fixing something under warranty and not fixing it is warranty fraud. Additionally I watched the car go in the shop and come out and it took about 20 minutes and they billed $162 for labor when labor is $150/hr.
I highly advise against anyone using this dealer. Before I bought this jeep, they tried giving me a Chevy Cruz that was back in the shop 5 times (NYS Lemon Law states they have 3 attempts to fix any issues within certain mileage and days) I didn’t even have it 500 miles before the motor blew and they fought me on picking it up on a flatbed saying it could be towed at my expense. I think not.”
