“I visited Road King on October 30th to test drive a Porsche Macan GTS. The car had visible issues — a missing bumper piece, scratches, a loose door panel, and a missing “S” from the badge. After an inspection, my mechanic found an oil leak, a worn control arm, and a transfer case that needed servicing.
Road King said they’d fix everything if I bought the car. I wanted to think it over, but they insisted I put down a $3,000 refundable deposit to hold the deal. The next day, I decided not to move forward, and they said I’d get my refund Monday. Only $1,000 was returned with no explanation, and after several calls, they claimed Zelle limits prevented them from sending more.
It took until yesterday for them to send me the rest of my money. The best part is, the manager literally called me and said “you need to remove your bad review if you want your money back” I recorded the entire conversation so I have a video of him literally saying my review must be taken down for me to receive my money back. It’s crazy because their first excuse was that Zelle restricted them from sending me the rest of my money and they had no problem sending me the rest of my money once I took down my review from yesterday. That has to be illegal in some way, right? The whole experience felt unprofessional and sketchy. I’d strongly caution anyone considering buying a car from this dealership.”

“10/10 experience, 100% with the communication. Very fast process, Enrique was our sales man and were very appreciative of him and the team!! Ask for Enrique when going over. For a low down payment we drove off with a brand new car :)”
