“Buyer beware. I spent over $105,000 on a Ford F350. Horrible experience. Worst Ford dealer I’ve ever worked with. Delivered my vehicle damaged and refused to help with repairs. RJ Magiera was rude and lied to us throughout the process. Steve Gabarra, the manager would not help us in any way and was extremely condescending to both me and my Husband. Todd Szott the owner simply told us that the truck was ours, and he would not help in anyway. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM They knew that they were sending us a truck that they damaged and did a quick repair on. And passed the problem along to us. Within 20 minutes of it being delivered and us contacting them they immediately hung up without even giving us a chance to talk. Absolutely horrible!!! Adding because im not able to respond YOURE MOST DEFINITELY Lying and have hung up on us MANY times! This is a joke! Im left to reselling this and getting a GMC you wouldn’t provide us with shipping companies information and wanted to wipe your hands clean of this! The ONLY reason we ever got you on the phone was because we have a friend that had your cell phone number! We called countless times and the only time someone picked up was because i called on a different number!!! Youre company did this! We went and got it fixed and payed out of pocket! The actual light that was damaged actually fell into our hands as the guy fixed it!!! DONT BUY from them!”
