“Telephoned Fiore regarding a new Taos S. Bryce Conway was so friendly. He answered all of my questions and invited me to visit. When we arrived he greeted us and was very knowledgeable. He had a car waiting for me to test drive. I absolutely fell in love! The car handles beautifully and has all the features I needed and more. I can’t say enough positive things about this dealership. The staff are amazing and you truly feel welcome. Every one worked together as a team and I couldn’t be happier to have purchased such a great car.”

“MY FIRST REVIEW WAS DELETED.
I’ve had multiple negative experiences with this dealership, and I’m extremely disappointed with the level of service I’ve received. On one occasion, employees in the parking lot yelled at me and called me names after they nearly hit me while driving other customers’ vehicles recklessly. During another visit, my car was inspected, and the windshield was cracked during the process, which your team admitted and replaced; however, I was told that the tint that had been on my original windshield could not be replaced. Now, I’m left without my tint! To make matters worse, when my car was returned after the windshield replacement, there was a noticeable film or residue left on the hood that I was unable to remove, then was gas lit over it. Love my car, hate this dealership.”

“We were scheduled to complete a purchase of a vehicle at Fiore’s at 3pm, at 12pm the dealership texted to say they sold the vehicle were were buying. With the rude sales person and ridiculously low first trade offer, I don’t know how this place is in business. Avoid at all cost”

“Tom McCracken helped me get into an amazing, beautiful car! He was super cool, very helpful, and he even made the test drive fun and not at all awkward. I would recommend him to my own grandma!
I am editing my review to add that after a total loss accident on the car I bought in 2021, Tom was able to help me get into a brand new Jetta in no time! He made the process easy and kindly listened to me mourn my car in the process. I am very much missing my 2021 Jetta SEL, but having a 2024 Jetta SE is definitely helping ease the pain. Thanks again, Tom!”
