“Went there to look at a Honda fit and when he came back with prices and breakdown he rushed through everything and automatically was wanting me to sign paperwork. I said “no let me see if I can get a quote on insurance” well my insurance wasn’t open cuz it’s a weekend and I proceeded to tell him I’m going to come back Monday after I figure out a for sure price for insurance and he said “you do realize insurance is insurance and you’re going to be paying the same no matter if it’s a Honda or a Chevy” which is in fact not true at all. Insurance is based off of safety features, make, model and year of the vehicle. The fact that he got mad that I didn’t want to jump the gun is insane. Probably thought I was stupid because im a girl and thought I knew nothing about cars or insurance. Obviously he didn’t wanna sell the car that bad because I will not be returning and I will make sure to tell people not to go here”

They offered to help solve issues with the car that I was told were not a problem before purchase,, then ghosted me when I took them up on the offer. This is amongst a plethora of other issues I had related to honesty, respect and quality. -A Gen Z kid who would usually be too anxious to express something like this.”
