Had a fantastic experience with this high quality small dealership. I live in Utah and found the car and price I wanted out there in Michigan (2016 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid). Brad was extremely helpful, sending any documents or videos I requested. I even asked him to send me another round of videos pointing out every stain, scratch, or blemish so that I felt like I wouldn't have any surprises if I were to fly out there. He was happy to oblige and was very quick to do so. He picked me up from the airport, took me to my hotel, wouldn't leave until I was checked in, then picked me up again in the morning and took me to the dealership. They made me a delicious coffee, offered me snacks, and spent time teaching me how to use all the new and cool features on the car. They sent me off with a small gift and a cookie! I have since continued reaching out with questions, and Brad has continued to be very helpful and responsive. You can't go wrong with this dealership. My car has so far performed outstandingly. I drove it 3 days straight back to Utah, without any issues. Thank you Brad! I feel very lucky that you were my sales guy :-)”

“Maintenanc service was good, waiting area is great.
Communication was not as good as it usually is - my car ended up being there for two days, zero calls on day two - I had to call twice to check status as I had to arrange a ride. Also would be nice if there was a courtesy car for service.”

“Have been trying to schedule recalls with this dealer forever. First they told me they ordered the parts and would do the recalls with my service. Once i arrived for my service they stated they would order the parts.
Next, week later, they text me that that they received my parts and want to schedule the recalls but have no loaner to provide for 2 months! How do i leave my car for recall service (they need it for 2 days) without a vehicle?
Also, while scheduling the appointment, they do it over text and takes em 30 to 45 min to reply after every one of your replys. Why not call your customer and explain the situation and have it all done in 5 minutes instead? Frustrating time in dealing with this dealer.
EDIT: Service department reached out, via phone, and provided a loaner vehicle while ALL my recalls got taken care off. I had a family emergency and missed my appointment, but service still managed to help adjust my appointment for the next day.
I like that the dealer noticed the mistake that was made first time around and corrected it with professionalism. They even charged my vehicle before I got there to pick it up. Hope the level of service they provided to me second time around is what can be done for everyone initially, so they only get positive reviews. Adjusting to 4/5.”

“Just came home in our new-to-us 2019 Jetta gli and Cam and the rest of the finance team were straight shooters, not pushy in the least, didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need, and got us into an amazing car for a much better rate than even we were expecting. We’ve been in dozens of dealerships around the west side and non were as pleasant of an experience as crown was.”
