I live in Utah and found the car and price I wanted out there in Michigan (2016 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid). Brad was extremely helpful, sending any documents or videos I requested. I even asked him to send me another round of videos pointing out every stain, scratch, or blemish so that I felt like I wouldn't have any surprises if I were to fly out there. He was happy to oblige and was very quick to do so. He picked me up from the airport, took me to my hotel, wouldn't leave until I was checked in, then picked me up again in the morning and took me to the dealership. They made me a delicious coffee, offered me snacks, and spent time teaching me how to use all the new and cool features on the car. They sent me off with a small gift and a cookie!
