“We recently purchased a 2025 Ford Bronco from Tonkin and it was the smoothest vehicle purchase to date. Jacob Nix (salesman) greeted us with a very friendly demeanor. He then continued to be extremely helpful with the entire process. Right up front he told us that it was his goal to prevent us from spending an entire day at the dealership….as everyone knows is quite exhausting. We were equally happy with the service provided by Jacob Lacatus whom was super helpful picking the right financing for us. I’ve only left a couple reviews in my life, but felt this was warranted as these 2 Gents & that dealership were a pleasure to purchase from. We’ll be back!!”

“My 2022 F150 (which I bought from Tonkin) was in for an oil change, my left tail light was cracked. It doesn’t show up on the check-in video and wasn’t noted on the check-in paperwork. I noticed it a couple of days later. But I know for a fact it didn’t happen on my watch. I’m the only driver of my truck and it’s clearly not transfer from another vehicle.
I was told I would get a call back from Tim who I think is the service department manager. No call back. I was told by Ray the service advisor that they were working on it, but that was almost 3 weeks ago. I’ve gone in three times to talk to them about it and at one point it was suggested to me by the service advisor that I have my insurance cover it. The tail light is $1400 to replace plus labor and calibration because it’s part of the Blue Cruise lane keeping system With sensors.
I almost never leave bad reviews. If they do something about it, I will be glad to take it down.
I haven’t had an accident since I was a teenager and I’m 45 years old. And my truck is flawless otherwise. I take care of my stuff, park far away, and this happened when it was at the dealer. I understand accidents happen, but people need to take responsibility. I want them to buy me a new taillight and install it and calibrate the system.
To be fair, this is the first time I’ve had an issue with them. It might just be an honest oversight because everybody is busy, but if they don’t do anything about it, I’m leaving this review up.

“As a car buying experience can be this was very pleasant. We lived far enough away where it wasn't convenient to come into the dealer to negotiate and ask questions so we did everything via email. Unlike 4 other Ford dealerships every email was productive. When I asked a question I got a prompt response with no runaround or demanding come in to the dealership. They gave us all the numbers we were asking for without saying we can only give that if you come in. A lot of numbers were given to us without us having to ask with detailed breakdown. I appreciated the honest approach I felt. If asked for something they would either say yes but if the said no they gave a detailed explanation. I walked away from this deal feel like I got a good price and didn't feel dirty like I had just been taken advantage of. Also it was really stressful free. They do not pressure you at all during the sales process. A little once you get back to the finance office with packages but not as bad as other dealerships.”

“From the first time Aditya came out onto the lot to greet me, he felt like a friend. I never perceived any sales pressure from him. He was just genuinely happy to answer all of my MANY questions—both on that first day, and for all of the following days as more questions and curiosities arose in my hunt for the perfect fit in my next vehicle.
Once I nailed down my ideal car, Adi went well out of his way to track down the exact ride I wanted. He coordinated with multiple other dealerships to work out a dealer trade. And, when a few of the attempts ended up falling through (due to extenuating circumstances at the other dealerships), there were no worries, because he happily found equivalent, available choices until we got the perfect one. While chasing down the right car, he also worked with the finance team to get my payments right where I wanted them. Once my new whip had been located, locked down, and I finished the paperwork, Adi even delivered the car right into my driveway later that same day—all freshly polished and gassed up. It made me feel so well-treated and ecstatic about my choices that I even gave him a hug in the driveway. From start to finish, Adi helped me understand the timeline and my options, he was friendly, patient, and conversational, and he exceeded my expectations of what I thought the experience of buying a new car would be.
When it came time to lock down the financing, Jacob hunted me down a better rate that I even thought was possible these days. He also walked me through the benefits of both a service contract and an extended warranty… and I ended up going with both based on his knowledge and detailed explanations.
I’ve already recommended Tonkin Ford to a number of family and coworkers, as they have made a loyal customer for life.
I friggin’ LOVE my new car. It makes me smile every day!”
