“I was told the vehicle I was purchased was ready to go and needed nothing. After securing the purchase and loan and living over an hour away I took there word for the condition of the vehicle. On the way home the transmission started slipping and making noise. The brakes were absolutely terrible. They had drilled a hole in the headlight to get water out which the headlight plugs were so corroded they were not fixable. I have to replace both headlights. They removed the factory air ride suspension with cheap shocks that is now causing another issue and suspension lights. They had told me it was rust free and after a couple days the rusted spots they spray painted over had completely shown in 3 big areas which required a rocker that would need replaced. Upon looking the vehicle over it had 2 rips in the seat that could have easily been explained and told me before I got approved to purchase when they said the interior was perfect. I get it is used and my fault for over looking these issues but for a vehicle over retail I was expecting a great vehicle for spending almost 25,000 after taxes not what I had purchased. A vehicle that was said was ready to be sold was nowhere near ready to sell. Not very happy with my purchase.”
