“I've recently purchased my personal 2nd Hyundai (2026 Santa Fe) from MacDonald Hyundai... and this is the 5th purchase within my family, including my daughters each purchasing one and my ex-wife. We continue to purchase from MacDonald Hyundai because we've had uniformly good sales experiences with sales team members. My experience is that they listen to your goals and situation, aren't pushy, and are committed to making sure you get the information you need for your purchase considerations. The sales management is willing to model the different purchase options you may be considering so you are informed and can make the best purchasing decision for your needs. Based on this latest experience, I will be working with MacDonald Hyundai in my future car purchase.”

“Easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Chose them over my local dealership because they were fast, upfront & very pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend! Would definitely do business with them in the future.

“I have never written a review for a dealership before, mostly because they have not been great experiences and I just wanted to forget about the whole thing. I felt that I needed to write one for Hyundai as this was the best car buying experience we have ever had. It went so smooth and pretty stress free (buying a car can't be totally stress free). We were at the dealership more than an hour after close and felt so bad but everyone was so kind and they never made us feel like it was an issue.
We worked with Brandon to purchase the car and he was amazing. He answered all of our question, he never made us feel any pressure, and he worked with us to get as much as he could on our trade in. He was very friendly, it did not feel like most sales people we have dealt with in the past. My husband and I would definitely recommend that if you go to McDonald to purchase a car see if Brandon West is available.
Once it came to the financing department I was dreading it as this is where we have had some of our worst experiences, especially when we decline any of the extras. We worked with Venise and she was amazing. She was upbeat and friendly, never pressured us to purchase anything. She answered any questions we had. We have never worked with anyone in financing like her.

“Micha was awesome; completely transparent, honest, and didnt act like a typical salesperson with the whole, "come on in and let's see what we can do" crap.
I called and drove to 4 other Hyundais in the state, mostly Phil Long and each one of them tried to play me and lie to my face, with one of the stores GM's even yelling at me.
McDonald gave me the best deal BY FAR, was the best experience BY FAR, and worked with me to understand my wants, needs, and goals with complete transparency to make sure we could both be happy. Youll never leave a dealer with them losing, but I left McDonald absolutely feeling like a winner.”

“McDonald Hyundai made the purchase of our new 2025 Kona so easy. Our salesperson, Brandon, was great to work with. No high pressure, very accommodating and friendly. He worked with us on every aspect of the process and was so responsive. All my questions and concerns were addressed quickly - we pretty much did our negotiations over text. Our time to actually complete the transaction was minimal since Brandon got a head start. The showroom is very nice and comfortable for customers. I totally recommend McDonald Hyundai as a must if you’re looking for a vehicle.”
