“This is my second LaFontaine experience. I picked up a 2024 Lyriq Sport 3 and now a 2026 Sierra Denali. I worked with Bethany Hunt both times and had an excellent, top-notch experience. She even came in on her day off to close the deal. She is an absolute rockstar who is great at what she does, knows what she's selling and brings a genuinely personal touch. I have had over 30 new cars in my lifetime (vehicular ADD; I’m working on it) and have dealt with countless dealers. This is easily the best dealership I have ever worked with. Everyone I encountered, from managers to sales to F&I, was incredibly friendly and helpful. I originally thought the “family deal” was just another car dealer gimmick, but they truly do treat you like family. The facility itself is impressive. They even have a gift shop and a café, and I doubt there is a single Buick, GMC or Cadillac model you could not find in stock. For a car guy like me, this place feels like Disney World.
