Here is one on my non-food reviews that I have to share because of my experience with Feldman of highland.
Starting the car shopping process is stressful. Even reading reviews for dealerships to see other peopleâs experiences can be daunting and exhausting. Iâd really pay attention to how many reviews the person has made. For me, I give a no bullshit reviewâŚperiod.
But back to my experience. Itâs stressfulâŚIt should be, itâs a big decision to buy a new or used car. Even pulling on the lot to even look at a car is a chore, but here is a pro tip. As soon as you finally get the nerve to do so, pull up to the front. You know before you even get out of your car someone is watching you. They are waiting for you. They will approach you. They will greet you and they will ask you if youâre here to see someone, tell them yesâŚIâm here to see Phil. If he isnât there, ask for Garrett. These two guys are top notch. Easy going, friendly and just down right good guys. I know I know, most will say âwell thatâs their job to be like thatâŚ.their in salesâ. Well yes and no. I donât wanna pat myself on the back, but Iâve been around the block more than once, and I have purchased cars from other dealerships in the area and I can tell when somebody isnât genuine. These guys are. I bought my truck last March and I had more than a positive experience with them. They made the process, relaxing and easy and walked us through everything with no pressure. They did such a phenomenal job, we decided to go back last weekend and buy another new car from them. I donât have any ties to this place nor do I have ties to these two guys, but the experience was so good there wasnât a second thought to give them repeat business. With the purchase of both vehicles, communication between both of them was very prompt. Phone calls, and text messages were returned very quickly. Pricing was very transparent, and there was no pressure. It made the experience very enjoyable and thatâs hard to believe when buying a car. I know for us, when we are ready for car number three we know where to go.
So if youâre in the area or not in the area and youâre in the market for a new vehicle, take a drive and stop in and ask for Phil and/or Garrett. You wonât be disappointed.

âChris was hands down one of the best salespeople Iâve worked with. From the very beginning, he was honest and transparent about everything â pricing, options, and what would realistically work best for me. I never felt pressured or rushed into making a decision, which I really appreciated.
He was fair throughout the entire process and made sure I understood every step. If I had questions, he took the time to explain things clearly and patiently. On top of that, Chris is genuinely friendly and easy to talk to. He made the whole experience smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable.

âWorked with sales professional Brad Gear . I researched the specific pre owned truck I wanted . Living in Pa I communicated regularly after locating the truck on their lot . Traveled 6 hrs to Highland Mi. The purchase process was good . Negotiations went respectfully well . I purchased the Silverado at a fair price , there were no junk fees & the finance department was very helpful & took the time to explain things to me .job well done. Brad was a pleasure to work with and helped get me get on the road home in a timely manner . I highly recommend him & the Feldman Chevrolet dealership

âI was able to pick up an extremely clean used truck from them, and did the deal sight unseen over the phone. Salesman Eric Swiden was very professional and was able to get me additional pictures promptly, and we put the deal together effortlessly over the phone. I drove 2.5 hours from home the next day and picked it up, and it was even cleaner than expected.â
