“Made an appointment to test drive a car. Hakeem gathered my information and when we walked out to the car when he finally mentioned they don’t have the key to the car and that it was in service. I asked what was wrong with it and was told they don’t have the key at all and was lost during moving of the cars when plowing during winter. This should have been mentioned when making the appointment, but was not. After I said I was no longer interested, he asked if I still wanted to come back and test drive the car tomorrow since they already proceeded with the credit check - keep in mind they still had no idea where the key was and had to be ordered, which would take a few days. Listen to the reviews, I took my chances after reading them and I’ve never experienced the amount of unpreparedness and willingness to lie to a customer at any dealership I’ve been to.”

Having to bring in a vehicle with only 15,000 miles was definitely a surprise and an unforeseen pain, but the staff here made this process go extremely smooth and also accommodated my schedule due to me being down to one vehicle and still needing to commute to pick up my children and run errands and what not.
