“Excellent dealership with a great atmosphere. From the moment I walked in, everything felt calm and professional — no pressure, no pushing, no unnecessary sales tactics. Just honest and respectful service. I asked for exactly what I needed, and that’s exactly what I got. I ended up purchasing a vehicle priced around $80,000 with an interest rate under 2%, which honestly exceeded my expectations. I was also pleasantly surprised by a wonderful gift that arrived by mail about two weeks after the purchase — a very thoughtful touch that shows they truly care about their customers. As for the car itself, I absolutely love it. I’m extremely satisfied and impressed with the quality and the driving experience. My only regret is not doing this sooner. Highly recommend this Genesis dealership.”

“Helped facilitate the purchase of a car for my sister since there was more availability in the Chicagoland area. Found a great car at Gregory Genesis with a clean CarFax that was within budget; the salesperson was fantastic to work with. However, within a half hour of driving the car off the lot, it began throwing a "blindspot collision warning" error. We were assured by Gregory Genesis that the issue would be taken care of -- long story short, after taking the car to get checked out at an independent shop, it turns out the car was fairly obviously in an accident and the quote to have everything repaired was over $5,000. Gregory Genesis subsequently refused to do anything to rectify the situation other than to offer to purchase the car back with us eating a 10% "restocking fee". I've purchased numerous cars both new and used, from Hondas, Mazdas, BMWs, Audis etc, and the experience my family has had with Gregory Genesis has by FAR been the worst experience when it's come to purchasing a vehicle.”

“The service is absolutely dangerous and unprofessional, I am shocked by this. I brought my vehicle to your shop for a transmission replacement. After the first installation of the brand-new transmission, transmission fluid began leaking. When I returned to your shop, your staff admitted that they had forgotten to tighten a bolt, which caused the leak. After the repair, the lower engine splash shield was also improperly reinstalled: out of seven bolts, six were missing, and the required plastic fasteners were not secured. As a result, the shield detached while I was driving, forcing me to stop on the road and incur additional expenses for a temporary repair. When I returned to your shop again, you admitted the mistake and replaced the part. However, even after this second attempt, three bolts were again missing, and one plastic fastener was not installed. This level of workmanship is unacceptable, negligent, and creates a serious safety risk. By returning my vehicle to me in such a hazardous condition, your shop placed both my life and my family’s lives in danger. Such negligence could have resulted in a serious accident or even death. After my repeated complaint, your staff refused to correct the deficiencies and stated that this is now “my problem” and that I should “go to court.” I find such a position completely unprofessional and unacceptable.”
