“The absolute best car buying experience I have ever had. I have bought many vehicles new and used across many dealerships. This experience topped them all. The whole team was very friendly, helpful,treated everybody with respect, calm, collective and very informational. I believe my salesman, matthew "chef" went above and beyond in helping me get what I wanted. The financing lady made it super quick and super easy for me. I will definitely be back!”

“Worked with Travis. Great to deal with. Not pushy, listened to what i was looking for and found me a vehicle . Went above and beyond on day of pickup. Tonneau cover was missing the latch . He found one and had your other dealership install it. Cant ask for anything more.”

“My wife has a 2018 Hyundai Sonata with 60,000 miles on it. I had an oil change and it was completely empty in less than 2,000 miles. I added oil myself and took it to the dealership. One technician told me that Hyundai cars use oil like that so that there not much oil to drain when it comes time for an oil change which is ABSOLUTELY absurd! It continued leaking 2 quarts every thousand miles and they then did an oil consumption test followed by an engine cleaning. It's still leaking as much oil as before and now I'm supposed to jump through more hoops to possibly get a replacement engine which is what I was told would happen if the engine cleaning didn't fix the issue in the first place. I'm beyond frustrated with that them! The staff are very professional, kind, and polite. As far as Hyundai doing what they say and in a timely manner, don't count on it at all without jumping through hoops for months and months. People compliment my wife's car all the time about how nice and clean I keep it and ask me where I'd recommend to look at one. My response......ABSOLUTELY ANYWHERE but Paramount Hyundai of Hickory. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Thanks Paramount Hyundai for the worst car service experience we've ever had. We'll never buy another one and especially nothing from you guys.”

“I'm giving it 1 star because there's no -5 option.
My experience with this service was terrible. They gave me a report stating that they had inspected the entire car and that it was in excellent condition, as it should be. However, when I got home, I immediately noticed that the decorative wheel caps covering the axle were missing. I then checked the coolant level, and it was also low.
In other words, if I didn't check it myself, I would have been left with the false impression that everything was in order. This demonstrates a great lack of professionalism and seriousness. Furthermore, the interior of the car shows signs of having been tampered with, but without proper care.
The worst thing is that now I doubt whether they actually performed the engine oil change, as nothing inspires me with confidence. I'll have to take the vehicle to another shop to confirm, even though I already paid for a service that wasn't performed properly.
In short, I feel scammed. Such poor service not only disappoints, but also creates a total lack of trust in the work performed. (I had to buy the caps that cover the wheel axles, since they told me they would send them to me, but they didn't.)”
