“The check engine light came on in my Mercedes when I was visiting Hickory last week. I pulled into Mich's Foreign Cars and within an hour they performed diagnostics.  Unfortunately, the car had a computer issue that needed to be done the dealership.  There was not a dealership for my car in Hickory so it had to be towed to Asheville.  In addition to quickly running the diagnostics, they allowed us to sit in their lobby for several hours while we arranged for the tow and a rental car.  An employee also offered to drive us to the rental car location.  Everyone we came in contact with at Mich's was friendly, helpful and professional. While we didn't buy a car from them, with the level of kindness they presented to us, we will certainly keep them in mind for our future needs!”
