“We have been using Bob Johnson Lexus Dealership since 2019 and have zero complaints. They provide an excellent personal service and the staff are always helpful and actually recognise and remember their customers. We use them for the annual NYS Safety & Emissions Inspection, oil change and if any other issue should they arise. The showroom is spacious yet inviting with cozy seating as well as work stations for those who are working whilst waiting for their cars to be serviced. We wouldn’t go anywhere else. This place is a keeper for us. They offer an enticing selection of cars if you are looking to upgrade. Lexus serve complimentary hot drinks. Todd who was helping out at the drinks station made me a hot chocolate. What a lovely guy. You may purchase snacks if you get the munchies. Bathrooms are available. There is plenty of parking spaces available.”
