He asked my wife you like it she said I love it he said let me get the keys we test the car and bought. The next day I came in and also bought a car he made it too easy Chris thank you we will be doing business soon. “The service department was great! I had to have my car serviced for a recall and from check in to pick up everything went very smoothly. William was super efficient and helpful getting me checked in and quickly providing a loaner car for the duration of the work being done. I was also given recommendations for additional mileage and wear related work that had a comprehensive video attached with clear displays and explanations of each suggestion. None of it felt egregious or pushy, just informative. Pick up was super quick as well. Everyone I encountered was very pleasant!”

“Horrible service experience. I was quoted a price and then told a completely different price at checkout. THEN, they told me they were bringing my car to me at work, and instead brought the key to my car. Left me stranded. Had to take an Uber to the dealership. I then had to search all over the lot for my car. I found it in the far back- and it gets better, with the hood popped, all the interior lights turned on- I am lucky the battery was not dead, speaking of battery the terminal caps were left off, and the windshield was so cloudy from them “washing” it that I could barely see. HORRIBLE SERVICE ALL AROUND.”
