We experienced multiple repair issues on our 2024 Ford Escape from August 2025 at time of purchase to January 2025, including communication issues in service, being passed around between service managers, repairs that took several weeks to complete, and work that was requested but not completed or partially completed. After one service the vehicle was returned to us in bad shape: dirty floors, scratches on door panel, empty water bottle rolling around in rear, adhesive left on exterior, fingerprints and handprints everywhere and stains on both front seats. Very disappointed with Parks Ford Hendersonville service in general and not likely to return or recommend to other potential customers.

We’ve had the pleasure of working closely on a couple of F150 transactions with both Tim and Veronica ~ my wife & I are very satisfied with this dealership. Honestly, the whole vibe at PARKS FORD is comfortable, service oriented, and a shining example of how I feel a dealership should be - Welcoming, and doing whatever they can to earn our business - Big thanks to the manager CJ as well - very patient, straight forward and an excellent communicator - Everybody working as a team there to get our business - I definitely will not be looking for a FORD at any other dealership other than Parks FORD.. Overall our experience was good and I would recommend Parks Ford. Having said that, I DO NOT like that one price is advertised online and the sticker price is $8k-$10k different. Not cool. The salesman and finance guy were both great and I love my Bronco.

Keagan, Zack and Chris were all great and clearly work well together. The buying process was easy, straight forward and very accommodating. Keagan was conversational, easy to talk to and did a fantastic job overall. He stayed with me through all steps of the process, starting and ending with a handshake and a smile. Even followed up with me a couple days later, asking how things were going and if I had any questions. I conversed with a few other employees while at the dealership, who were all kind, fun and helped ensure my experience was 5 stars.

1995.5 F250 powerstroke and they did an absolutely phenomenal honest quality job they will continue to get my service because... one it was honesty first and they did the best job with the most professional lead executive shop technician. They diagnosed, repaired, and fulfilled the task to the best of standards. Great business ethics all glory to God.
