Highly recommend anyone considering getting their vehicle serviced to take it for a second opinion, as the dealership is not honest and pushes expensive, unnecessary, and misleading service recommendations. Vinny and his team looked at my Fiat in 2023 for two small straightforward issues. When I received the estimate from him, the two issues were itemized, as well as a dozen additional issues his team had apparently found, totaling thousands of dollars. I took the car for a second and third opinion, and both trusted mechanics agreed that the dealership was pushing unnecessary and misleading services and repairs. I was told directly by Vinny that parts of my car were damaged and unusable. The other mechanics deemed them to be in fine working condition. None of the issues Vinny and his team said were “immediately necessary” ever became an issue for my vehicle, not after years nor after tens of thousands of additional miles. I would not trust this dealership, their inspections, or recommendations for your vehicle, and I would not do business with them in the future.

Towbin Kia/Alfa Romeo is a conundrum. The Kia Service is beyond exceptional, Ed is a fine example for quality, politeness, and concise in the details of service. He represents the dealership to the highest degree. Sales is another matter entirely. The sales team is transactional in every way. Do not EVER believe that give any value to you as a continuing customer. Honesty and clarity are non-existent. Their advertisements are literally worthless. This comes from my personal experience with multiple personnel. Should you be fortunate to purchase a Kia somewhere else then see Ed for service. He will treat you like an adult. Avoid, avoid, avoid ever purchasing anything from any Towbin dealership. But rely on the Towbin Service Center for continuing services, you will experience a relationship oriented business. If I rated Towbin on sales it would be minus stars, the service department is FIVE. I purchased my Kia at Towbin, I had it serviced at Towbin, and I attempted to purchase another Kia at Towbin. It was an insulting experience.

Man I can't explain sales department is good but if you do purchase a vehicle make sure you get Vinny as your advisor when is comes to any issues. Vinny does an amazing job taking care of his people. Vinny has a great character and is an outstanding personality that you can reach out at any time. This guy here doesn't talk about it he is about it and get things done in the correct manner. This is the only reason I'm giving this review a 5 star because his been the best out here in Las Vegas so far.

Just purchased a 2024 Giulia and I’m so obsessed! This was such a quick and painless experience and I can’t recommend Marshall, Geneva, and Brian more! Very sweet and I loved working with them! Would recommend them highly. I felt listened to, and there were no yucky feeling sales tactics. ☺️
