“First time buying a car here. So far so good. Nick Alejandro has addressed any concerns I've had so far. Update...car I bought along with every extra package they offered has wrong size tires on rear. Contacted them about this and they tell me it's fine like that. It's supposed to be 255/35/19 rear and they put 225/40/19 all the way around. I spent a lot of money here and they won't correct a $250.00 problem. So basically you're in good hands until you leave the dealership. Very disappointed. Update 3/4/26. General sales manager (Alex) contacted me about the tire issues. Alex is putting the correct size tires on my car now. Chapman addressed the issue and corrected it. I will do future business here again. Thank you Alex!”

“I want to recognize Jeremy and Ray at Chapman for outstanding service. They went above and beyond to help me and represented the service department with professionalism, integrity, and genuine care.
Technical expertise is important, but what truly builds customer loyalty is how people are treated. Ray took the time to explain things clearly, made sure everything was handled properly, and ensured the entire experience was smooth and stress-free.
They are a great reflection of what a service department should be, and Chapman is fortunate to have them on the team. That level of customer care absolutely deserves recognition.”

“Man where do I start….. I traded my car in 2020 civic sport manual trans they gave me lowest possible amount then gave me the number with the tax credit for their benefit not for mine cause I could have traded in for 19,100 plus have a tax benefit me not them. Then the add ons came making my new/used vehicle purchase cost 29k for a car that’s only worth 22k at best 2024 civic sport with very high miles for its age 30k after complaining when I looked over everything. Example 900 for a feature they never installed RED ALERT LIGHT, the manager guy (who was nice) went ahead and took off almost everything but the SWAT ME GPS TRACKER which again it’s for their benefit not my I shouldn’t have to pay for a tracker they benefit from cause of it letting them know my locations or when I need service or whatever. But okay I agree, Yessica who was nice until I brought up the issues with missing ad ons. I mean this whole thing was terrible just terrible originally my monthly was going to be 466 okay now that I got the manager to take off their fees not all mind you now my payments will be 510. They found a way to get that money I would save in fees. It’s unreal how shady that is. I was suppose to leave with a lower monthly that 2500 was taken off. So I say something to the manager guy and I letting him know that they got me with my trade so maybe they can be cool about my payments manager guy says to me it will be hard to sell my car because it is manual transmission the car has 34k it’s in great conditions for a 2020. I did some research and the already have my trade posted for sale for 23k man. Which they will get for it.
I don’t know what these People get paid but they may need raises idk how else to explain their shady business practices. They do it all while being pretty polite. Now I have a 510 monthly from 466 monthly for trying to assert myself lol.

“Amazing experience start to finish. Pulled up and was greeted by Andrew who immediately treated me like a friend and not just a potential sale. I was interested in a truck that had not yet hit the lot and instead of trying to sell me or have me look at something similar in the available inventory, he immediately responded with “let me see if I can get the keys and we’ll go find it.”
The truck was at another location but without hesitation he grabbed a vehicle off the lot and we traveled to view it. I was able to view the truck and drive it on property without it having entered recon or inspection… something most dealers would not allow, and instead try to push you to something aging in their inventory they’d rather move.
We returned to the store and we immediately agreed on a price point without the typical back and forth of “I have to go ask my boss”. Andrew streamlined the process for me, answered my questions and concerns and made the deal complete as quickly as possible.
Chris in finance was top notch. When I had a question he didn’t have the answers to he immediately made a phone call, put me on speaker phone and allowed me to obtain the answer. Even though the answer countered what he originally believed he remained honest and never tried to push additional products on me, only educated me on my options and gave his honest opinions. Because of this we reached an agreement on what best fit my needs.
With the new truck not available to take the same day as purchase, the used car manager pulled it from the other store and brought it to the auto mall location to ensure it was given highest priority. While I left in my old truck, I was still confident in my purchase and look forward to picking up the new truck when it clears the inspection process.
Extremely low pressure sales and finance staff, excellent communication and honesty. Not once was I pushed to a different vehicle than the truck I originally came to view. Top notch service start to finish. Don’t even consider the “chopped” prices and shady deals at the competition next door… Chapman will treat you with respect and like family.”
