The bad experience came with the finance manager Christopher who is extremely pushy and ended up adding multiple warranty’s that he never mentioned . I was able to cancel the Gap and vehicle protection plan but was told the appearance protection and theft protection could not be canceled .. oh well I learned my lesson for the future always read the contract carefully”
