“This is my first time being at this car dealership. Everyone here is so nice and they go above and beyond to help you out with anything that you need. Hunter, my car salesman is exceptionally the best in the business and Collyn in finance is extremely nice and goes step by step with the paperwork for you while you are signing your life away. Lol. My daughter will sometime in the future is needing to trade her car for an suv and I told her to go here because they are so nice!!!”

“Great customer service and care! Making an appointment was super easy. I arrived 5 minutes early to have my 2024 F150 serviced and was promptly greeted. Service advisor seemed very knowledgeable, and glad to have me there. Oil and filter changed with a tire rotation took less than an hour.
I highly recommend Kate Faupel Ford”

“I wanted to buy a vehicle quickly so I checked into Kate Faupel Ford to see what they had available for used vehicles. I found a gem, a 2017 ford expedition XLT, with less only 92k miles on it. I submitted an inquiry to check into what the payment would be. I wasn’t sure if I’d get approved for the price range I wanted but Jacob Hester was able to answer my inquiry quickly and get the credit app in for me. I got a preapproval within a few hours and he gave me a call back that he had good news. Now the test drive was next, While it had stock photos online I wasn’t sure what the interior would look like. My husband knows more about vehicles than me after being raised in body shops his entire childhood. So naturally I sent him to check out the car after work. He loved it. He said it was clean and kept up with very well and he only found minor road wear on it. The expedition had only had one owner so far and we had stumbled on something worth buying. I told him if he liked it we’d buy it the next day. We did! We got there at 8:15 and were able to take the expedition home around 10 am. Jacob Hester worked quickly and efficiently with us. The finance manager (can’t remember his name) also was very easy to work with. He didn’t mind our 2 year old twins playing with their hot wheels in his office either. His desk was both for signing and hot wheel stunts. I’d recommend Kate Faupel ford to everyone. I believe they do business right and they employ good people. I also loved to see that they stilll had some of the late Bruce “Turkey” Spaulding’s awards hanging out around the showroom. Keep doing what you’re doing!”

“Diamond took my call and was super professional. She handed me off to Hunter and he knocked it out of the park. I am 2.5 hours from them and they made it easy and painless. Gave me a great price on the new truck and a great price on my trade. I am new to the area and will do business with them again! I run 8 heavy truck dealerships and have been in customer service my whole career and these guys are good!!
If you're looking for a new car or truck you need to call and ask for Hunter!!!!!”

“This is our 10th Ford vehicle we have bought over 25 years of being married, and this is by far the most pleasant experience we have ever had. The salesman who helped us was friendly and helpful, but not pushy or high-pressure in any way. KF Ford began with a low advertised online price to begin with which is what brought us across the bridge to look. The offered a very fair price for our trade in, again with no haggling or leaving us with a feeling of being taken advantage of. The process was smooth and there wasn't any frustrating back and forth needed. Just a simple, to the point transaction that created the smoothest buying experience we have ever had. The finance manager knew his business and walked us through the steps in a kind, honest manner. Again, advertising what KF Ford had to offer for add-on's, but not in an obnoxious way that leaves a bad taste in your mouth. We were also impressed with the extra additions of the two year maintenance package that has never been offered to us before in all our years.
We have experienced salesmen and sales techniques of many kinds through the years, that make us dread walking onto the lot of a dealership every time it's time for a new vehicle. Our conversation on the way home in our new truck was about how great this experience had been compared to all the others we've walked through together. This experience from Kate Faupel Ford has us thinking we will be changing our allegiance to the dealership across the bridge.”
