“called to schedule a recall service for my 2023 Lincoln Aviator, and the service department at Hempstead Lincoln told me they wouldn’t provide a loaner vehicle because I didn’t purchase my car from them.
This is unacceptable — for a manufacturer recall, every Lincoln dealership should honor the same level of service and provide a loaner vehicle to their customers. I own a Lincoln and expected consistent, brand-level support regardless of where I purchased the vehicle. Very disappointing experience.
I used to come here for maintenance service, but never again.”

“Very poor service service department I was go there for my 2025 Lincoln Aviator service they denied they said where you buy, you have to go that dealership I’m asking them. I’m buying the Lincoln dealership I’m not buying any grocery store but they are denied who is supervisor there he was very rude in my suggestion. Shame on you Ford. You hire like that person. I have some pictures video clips. Let me upload on social media”

“Run away from the service department of this dealership as fast as you can. This is the most inept and unprofessional department I have ever taken a cart to. I purchased Butler service with my lease from them last year. They first picked my car up, kept it for three days and returned my car to me dirtier than when it went with the excuse that the butler service was down. They then picked my car up again to do updates, kept it longer than the day because they could not complete the updates and then returned my car to me and my window controls for the passenger side window no longer worked from the driver side. When the young man dropped my car off, he flagged me on the issue and said the dealership would reach out about. They never did and when I called them about it, they acted completely ignorant of the issue. Then, when I setup for them to pick the car up to fix, they never sent a link to be completed for the loaner until it was time for them to complete the pickup and I did not have access to my credit cards to complete the process, so they never picked up my car to fix it, nor did they ever contact me again. I hate this dealership and will never do business with them again. Run away fast, not walk. I will also be flagging corporate on this issue.”

“This place always amazes me! I just recently have gotten another Truck. They knew exactly what I wanted! It was so fast. Didn’t have to wait 2-3 hours They treat you like family! But then again why not since this is my 4th vehicle with them. John T is a hidden gem!!!”
