“Israel was amazing to work with. The staff got my car serviced extremely fast and very efficient. The shuttle driver was equally amazing. He got me to work and then picked me up after my vehicle was ready.”

“Buying car from a dealership for the first time can be very intimidating. So I didnt know what to expect when I emailed Hayward Nissan because I saw few cars I was interested in but I didnt know if I would qualify because of my bad credit. After I left the email explaining to them my scenario and how much down payment i have. I get a prompt reply from Sami. Sami was very knowledgeable and explained to me that he can make it happen if i want to stop by and come test drive the car. I told him im keeping my options open and looking around car shopping. A week goes by and I see another car from Hayward Nissan that interested me. So i emailed Sami and made a appointment to come in. Sami was on top of his game and was very professional. He had the car prep and ready to go for test drive. One thing I like about Sami is he wasnt to agressive and pushy he was even very respectful to my Mom. My mom is older and has hard time walking and Sami was patience with her and he just made this whole experience easier for me. We took the car for a test drive and thats when i knew Sami was very knowledgeable about the car and i just felt comfortable because he wasnt pushy. Well the car sold itself because I loved it. We went inside to work some numbers and Sami worked his magic even with my bad credit of course my mom was my cosigner but Sami gave me the best deal . Everybody in that office were all really chill and cool even the finance guy had a sense of humor and made us laugh a few times after all those signing papers. Overall Hayward Nissan made it easy for me and Im glad I Had Sami to help me. Even got to talk to Sami on a personal level and he gave me some good advice just about life in general. That goes a long way and i was glad doing buisness with Hayward Nissan. Thanks I love my Lexus Is300.”

“The folks at Hayward Nissan really embody the meaning of good customer service. I purchased my first car, a Nissan Rogue with them this December and was able to take advantage of the 0% APR deal. Antonio, Farhad and Ray were all phenomenal in helping me get across the finish line on the sale and advocated for me throughout the process. I chose Hayward Nissan over other dealers in the bay area due to the exceptional customer service, good deals, and just remarkably good people working there. I would recommend this dealership to everyone!”

“After waiting over 5 minutes to check in and no one being at the counter I went and found a cashier who seemed irritated I interrupted her phone scrolling. Then to get all my Info took about another 20 I don't understand why you can't pull it from your fremont location with just my name. The guy was nice just the process was very time consuming. We were given a two hour quote. I never received a call or a text telling me my car was ready. I called for over 5 minutes to get a v.m called sales explaining the situation to get transferred to the same voicemail. Finally after waiting 3 hours was able to speak with someone and my car was ready. Check out processes was much simpler and fast. I inquired about my remote start engine not working and was told I need to make another appointment for a diagnostic check. My car is 1 year and 3 months. This should have been handled then, and not make me make another appointment and suck half my Saturday out of me.
