My experience at Hayward Nissan was outstanding! My Service Advisor, Victor was attentive and communicative. The service provided was as described and completed in a timely manner. They even washed my vehicle. I would recommend Hayward Nissan service team.

My experience with Hayward Nissan service department was a good one. The Interaction with one of the cashiers was a horrible experience and the individual need some training and possibly find a new job. The manager of the service department is a great listener and was helpful. Also want to give a shout out to Freddie from parts. As always, he provides Excellent customer service.

I had searched online for hours trying to find the right dealership to buy my wife’s new car, and Nissan of Hayward did not disappoint. The staff there were accommodating, courteous, and honest; where they could save me money, they did, and if not, they showed us other options that fit our budget. From the salesman to the finance manager to the general manager, they were the epitome of excellent customer service.

Went in for a quick inspection before a trip and an oil change. The customer service was on point. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Not to mention they got me in and out pretty quick and drop me off and pick me up from my home during the maintenance inspection. Will be definitely coming back and recommend anyone looking for some good service to go there for their Nissan. Thanks again guys

Update : BUYER BEWARE. tried to reach ouy through all options they have available when you call each person said its not their job and they cant help me and just hung up on me . If you look at reviews you will see this is a common practice for this dealership to sell junk cars with problems and then cuy off any contact with the customer . Do your research on this dealership . Don't buy a car from here and never but the tire insurance. If you even think about get a full inspection done . My fault for not thought i could trust a big dealership like nissan but you can't bought a 2022 cause i needed a new car . Less than 50k miles was assured the car was in good condition . I should of had the car checked out but was in need of a car for work . This dealer ship sold me a car with horrible condition tires crack all on the side walls tears on the side wall i can even grab a peice of the tire off . Bad alignment and suspension . Not to mention they gave me the car on wores yes the tire had exposed wires . Im stupid and let them talk me into getting insurance for tires which covers just about nothing . So im out on close to 35 grand plus the new set of tires i will need to buy after 2 months . Go somewhere else you will thank me
