“I would like to share my experience buying a car from Hayward Honda . They sold me a faulty car ,14 warning lights came up on my dashboard. I came back to them 2 days later to fix the problem they erased the warnings and everything was good 9 days later 2 more popped up. I then went to Pittsburgh Winter Honda for a diagnostic and that’s where I learned that I have missing parts under the car and parts that aren’t originally from Honda Winter Honda told me they assumed it had been in a car accident. Hayward Honda never informed us with that information. They told us only minor damages and that was scratches to the side of the car but it was barely noticeable and that is truthful. We then looked at the documents and seen that this car has been in an accident. They are trying to blame me and not help. Everyday I call they are giving me the runaround, Hayward Honda is bad business. I worked with multiple people. Alex, Ron Guragain, Hash, and slo the owner of the store 100% unprofessional I would never buy a car from here again.”
