“First, let me say, I have been going to Hawthorne Chevrolet for 15 years!! Between buying and leasing my cars. My mom died in July 2025, and I have had to pay her bills, etc., besides mine. So, this year 2026, I needed to turn in my lease. I couldn't afford to spend that much. The salesman and financial woman did try to help A LITTLE. But, not much. They made me feel like I was waste of their time. Everything that I asked was such a chore to them. (And, I wasn't being pushy or anything. That's not my nature.) They couldn't wait to get me out the door. I asked to stay about the same payment that I was. It ended up being $40 more. They asked if I could put more down on my credit card, which I ended up doing. I maxed out my card, which I cannot afford. I know you run a business, but I was treated poorly. I know they can help me to get the pay around the same amount. They have before. My experience was not a happy one. And, I will tell my friends about it.”

“I’ve read some negative reviews and how customers felt scammed. I have to admit at first i thought i was prepared and did my homework and some how i still didnt get the deal that i thought i saw in the advertisement. After realizing that it was my mistake not reading the stock number as listed i ended going back and spoke with Christian. He was very polite, helpful, and most of all not pushing to make the sale. After some negotiation we ended up getting a good deal on a new traverse. The process and sales team i thank you and appologize for the misunderstanding of the advertisement.”
