“Ive bought 2 vehicles from here before. That experience was fantastic. They even had looked at my charger a few times for free. Now I don't know what to think. My sales experience was fine I guess. I bought an older vehicle higher miles broken screen some rust, but assured it was sound. The seats in back didn't work which was a surprise to even our sales guy, and he said maybe I could save a few bucks. Well that didn't happen! The Cadillac I bought wasn't even detailed but after spending hours there I said screw it I will clean it myself. 1 week later not even. A fuel tank strap falls off. And was scraping on the road it definitely could have sparked and caused a fire at the very least. I took it to get it fixed on my dime because I bought it as is, I did call the dealership to see about reimbursement of course there would be none. My mechanic let me know that they cannot fix it due to how it broke and the rust. Called the dealership, and it sure does sound like they are going to play hardball. If it can't be fixed then they should make it right. Major disappointment. Update: I thought I was screwed. I took it back here and they are taking care of it. I take care everything back these guys are the best. Update: we went in for our free oil changes, my wife's Audi now leaks all the oil out because they messed up our drain plug, but definitely want to charge us for that, my Caddy now makes a grinding noise when turning left. Don't even let this place put air in your tires.”
