From the moment we walked in, the salesperson Benny and the entire team made me feel completely at ease. Talking to Benny was like talking to an old friend that I’ve known over the years. Super friendly and genuine. There was absolutely no pressure, no sales tactics , just patience, honesty, and support. They took the time to answer all of my questions (and trust me, I had plenty) and they truly understood that this wasn’t just a purchase , it was my child’s first car. The whole process was smooth and transparent, and they worked with me to make sure everything fit within our budget. Enrique the Finance Manager was awesome. He worked his magic and ensured I was happy with my rate. I left feeling confident, comfortable, and grateful. Victor Torres and Michael Chak were wonderful Sales Managers who also made the process seamless and did everything they could to stay within budget. As most know, buying a car can be stressful but between the 4 of them, it was a wonderful experience.
