“Once again, the receipt indicated that the tire pressures were checked but they were all the same as when I brought it in. All had different pressures and were all below the minimum recommend tire pressure. A very easy thing to do. But now I wonder what else wasn't done? Was the oil and filter actually changed? If so, was 8 quarts of new oil put in? Was the oil the correct oil? Something so simple and now I have to question everything. And of course if it comes up in conversation I'll probably tell other people. I'm a private driver and drive a lot. My 2023 Suburban already has 101,000 miles. At this point, why would I even buy a vehicle from Leson when you repeatedly can't put air in the tires?”

“I just purchased a brand new 2026 Surburban. Claire was very sweet and made sure things went smoothly throughout the process. Paperwork went very quickly. She made the whole process amazing. We love joe! We have dealt with him for many vehicle purchases at Leson. Hes very knowledgeable and great at what he does. It’s always a pleasure singing papers with him. Great guy! We love chevy and will always return for future purchasing!”

“I had scheduled a week ahead and took a day off work, for a large 7 hour repair at my reputable car shop and it required them to order bushings parts from your dealership. Your staff sent the wrong part. By 530pm the part still wasn't corrected by the dealership. I don't know what kinda place you're running, but your company needs to tighten up. I'd leave zero stars because thats what is more accurate.”

“This dealership has shown a clear lack of concern for its customers. I’ve brought multiple vehicles here for service and warranty work, and the overall experience has been disappointing. Alex, one of the service advisors, is excellent and does her best, but the department as a whole is unreliable. I was once charged for an oil change and tire rotation, yet they only filled half the oil and never rotated the tires. On another visit, warranty work was only partially completed, and calls were never returned by the service manager Loaner cars are almost impossible to get, and renting through them isn’t an option—even for recalls and major warranty repairs. After a week with no A/C in a new truck, I was told by the manager, Paul, to “try another dealership.” I did, and within 10 minutes another dealership had me in a rental and apologized for the inconvenience. That’s the difference customer service makes. **UPDATE** The service department is under new management. After speaking with Carlos about the issues that I was experiencing he made things right. I got a loaner to drive while warranty work was done on my vehicle. Not only did they fix the issues in scope but they also went above and beyond to fix other issues I wasn't aware of. Thank you for making it right Carlos and Tim.”

“I was pleasantly happy with my car-buying experience (2025 Traverse) at Leson Chevrolet. Mr. Tiger (Sales Specialist) and Jody (Sales Manager) were willing to work with my wife and me to get the car we wanted at a price we considered fair market value. They both went out of their way to ensure the vehicle was ready for us when we came by to evaluate and consider the purchase. Mr. Rodger was a professional “no pressure” finance guy and had all the paperwork ready to go when we walked in to finalize the deal. He didn’t try to up-sell us on anything we told them we didn’t want and was able to beat our outside 3rd party extended warranty pricing. Mr. Tiger was patient with us and took the extra time to show us all the features the car had. He also took time to get my wife set up after the sale so that she could use her mobile phone and drive home confidently. My father was a longtime Chevrolet owner, having purchased two vehicles from Leson over the years (his first being a brand new 4-door, 1974 Chevelle: Malibu Classic), and this is our first Chevrolet purchase. Thank you for the great experience and the start of another business relationship.”
