“‼️‼️‼️WARNING‼️‼️‼️DONT SERVICE YOUR VEHICLE HERE‼️‼️‼️ On 9/9/25 I brought my 2019 Volkswagen Jetta in for a regular Oil Change as well as a test drive to try to figure out why my car was making a grinding/rubbing noise coming from the front driver side when going over bumps. After waiting for a little over a hour they said they couldn’t find anything wrong with my car and wanted to charge me a diagnostic fee plus tax which I declined. I paid for my oil change and continued my day. Later that day I took my car to Firestone for a diagnostic and they found why my car was making the grinding noises along with a major oil leak in my oil pan gasket (I have pictures) and some other issues which was not mentioned by Volkswagen. The Oil Change/safety inspection was never performed on my vehicle by Volkswagen like they claimed they did. When I left Firestone I went back to Volkswagen and asked to speak to the service manager to try to resolve this in a civil and professional manner but he refused. DON’T service your vehicle here!!!!!!! The service manager John Ramos is a COMPLETE JERK AND HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL/RUDE!!!!! HE DOESN’T CARE ABOUT HIS CUSTOMERS AT ALL!!!!!!! Safe to say I will NOT be coming back here which is to bad because I’ve had my car serviced here MANY times over the last 3 years”

They explained everything clearly and got me in and out pretty quickly for my oil change. The waiting area was comfortable and the whole place seemed well-run.
