“I had issues with another dealership (whom I bought my Nissan from) and I ended up bringing my car to Harte Nissan with the issues I was having and they were nothing but honest and professional the whole time. Meghan (sorry if i spelt it wrong) kept me in the loop about my car the entire time they were working on it. Honestly if I could give more than 5 stars I would. They just made the whole process worry and stress free, I’ll definitely be returning in the future for anything I need with my car!”

“From the moment we walked in to the day we picked up our new vehicle everyone was friendly, super helpful and knowledgeable. Ben Gallup was our sales consultant, he was personable, funny, and extremely knowledgeable. He went to bat for us every step of the way. His communication after we left the dealership was great, he was quick to respond to our questions. Ben showed us all the options we were looking for in a vehicle, both used and new. He was very thorough and made sure we were aware of all processes in order to go ahead with the purchase. The day we arrived to pick up our new car we worked with the financial consultant to sign all the paperwork. He was extremely patient with all our questions and made sure we understood all our options. It was a quick and easy process. Ben then went over all the features of our new car and showed us around the service department for our future maintenance visits. The whole process was seamless and very organized. A+ dealership. I would highly recommend visiting Harte Nissan in Hartford when looking for a new car.”

“I’ve trusted Nissan Hartford with my car for years, but my recent experience was alarming. On May 31, 2025, I brought in my 2016 Nissan (just hit 80,000 miles) for a routine oil change. I received my usual multi-point inspection—no issues reported. Three days later, on the highway, my low oil pressure light came on and the car started shaking. I returned to the dealership immediately. After 30 minutes, I was told everything was “fine,” “no leaks “yet I received no report or documentation. Even worse, customer service had no record of my return visit. Thankfully, my engine didn’t blow—but it could have. I have receipts, emails, and photos to back everything up. As a woman, I just want to say: always check your oil before you leave any dealership. This could’ve ended much worse. Needless to say, I won’t be going back.”

“I wanted a "new" vehicle to replace my 2016 Rogue. The Rogue was in great shape and low mileage, but I wanted to move up. Harte Nissan had a 2023 Murano SV with very low mileage that was Certified Preowned. Took it for a test drive and love it. Alejandro and Alex were terrific during the sales process, never felt any pressure to buy. Both were very helpful - a very enjoyable sales process. Thank you guys!”
