“This dealership and service department have turned around big time since 6 years ago when I left an angry 1 star review. Deleted it so I could leave a new one saying thanks for everything from the car buying process to the service department. I’ve had my current Sportage for 2 years now and I will continue to bring it here for service. Keep up the good work. The dealership is beautiful and the service department experience and staff have been great so far. Thank you. Love my Kia and this dealership.”

“I ended up at Turner Kia in Harrisburg, quite unexpectedly. The transmission in my car was starting to slip. I loved that car and was very sad!
Isaac was very supportive as we talked about new car choices. The process of getting the vehicle was very quick and easy. Isaac even took the time to sync my phone with the car!
I give Turner Kia a five-star rating for their customer service!!”

I arrived with an older vehicle that had issues and didn’t trust its safety for me and my children and the team at Turner Kia made sure I was approved for a safe, reliable, and much newer vehicle. “My car was to be detailed and they failed miserably, although they did mention they will ensure it’s handled next week when I bring it in for something else. When it comes down to it, do your job. This is insane, like how does someone look at this and say it’s clean? Regardless of making it right Kia Turner do better, also after mentioning twice I didn’t need emissions for my county of course they still charged me. I’m sure a manager will never follow up because they don’t seem to actually care about their customers. Can’t say I’m surprised, very very disappointed.”
