She was very pleasant and welcoming, checked me in efficiently , and then directed me to the customer waiting lounge. There is a Mazda dealership much closer to where we live, but customer service from Penny specifically, and the Faulkner team as a whole, is the key reason we will drive a longer distance for our Mazda service needs.
