“As a potential new customer, I did not receive a warm welcome upon arrival, which was disappointing considering my radio experience, where sharing experiences is key as a CoHost reaching Global Audiences! The experience was truly disappointing, and I would not recommend this establishment, especially to protected class (I.e. women et al), seeking a friendly sales experience. Consider taking your business elsewhere, where you will be valued rather than merely tolerated or judged as book by its cover.”

“I received quotes from three different dealerships for a 2025 Subaru Forester. Faulkner Subaru’s initial quote was the lowest. I dealt with Janelle in all my online communications. She was so personable, quick with responses, provided me with my initial quote, and set up a test drives appointment. I went to the dealership to test drive a 2022 and a 2025 Forester. Our salesman, Bryan, was very friendly and very patient as I took two test drives and then my husband took two test drives. It was after hours when we left and he never made us feel rushed. Another dealership continued to pursue me and sent me a second quote. It was slightly better than Faulkner and Faulkner matched it. I did end up purchasing the 2025 Forester from Faulkner.
