“I had a really great experience with this dealership. I had spoken to about 12 other dealerships around the tri-state area. And Faulkner was by far the best.I have to shout out Janelle and Nikki. You have some really great team members on your staff. As a woman purchasing a car I often face a lot of discrimination and I have to say that working with other women made this such a pleasure. The professionalism, the courteousness and the respect was top-notch. I can’t imagine this being a better process in any way. I am beyond happy with my new hybrid Forester and the pictures we took in the dealership bring a smile to my face. Please give them all of the kudos.”

“Excellent dealership. My dad was looking for a Toyota on the Faulkner Toyota website. We found a 2015 RAV4 and it happened to be at the Subaru dealership. He made an appointment and we drove down to check it out. Upon arrival we met our salesman Caleb. He made the entire experience great. There was absolutely no pressure. We never once felt rushed, he answered every question and was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle despite looking at a Toyota at at Subaru dealership. There were no games, no lies, no fake pricing. The vehicle condition was exactly as described. The car hadn’t been fully serviced yet because it was a recent trade. Caleb let us know that it wouldn’t be ready for a few days, which was fine, because my dad didn’t need it that day. He kept in communication with us for the next few days and kept us updated on when the car would be ready. The day of pickup went just as smooth. If I had to saying anything negative it would be the finance department was understaffed and it took much longer than expected to get the paperwork for the sale completed. It wasn’t the end of the world but we did wait an hour for our turn which I didn’t expect. At the end of the day out of 45 vehicles I purchased in my life I’d say this dealership is absolutely in the top 5. If you are looking for a Subaru or any other preowned vehicle I’d 100% recommend Faulkner and specifically Caleb. Thanks, Eric”

“I bought my first car here a few weeks ago as a Maryland resident. As a first-timer, I got very anxious. But Ashtyn patiently addressed my questions via email about out-of-state registration, tax, and presented me a fee breakdown. Everything was transparent. When I arrived with my driving coach to test drive the vehicle, Dennis made the purchase process very smoothly. Later, very unexpectedly, the safety inspection in Maryland got my VIN wrong and hence the registration was delayed. I was very worried. Then again, Dennis and Tara helped take care of the issue in no time. I am super grateful. Also want to say if you are a buyer from a neighboring state like me, rest assured that they will help you sort out your registration and plate. Cannot recommend the dealer enough!”

“🚨 Fraudulent and Dishonest Dealership 🚨 Do not buy a car here. This was the most appalling car‑buying experience I’ve ever had, and it will absolutely be my last. Within three weeks of ownership, four dashboard warning lights appeared. A full inspection elsewhere revealed that parts the dealership claimed were replaced had not been touched. I had to return the car multiple times in the first two weeks, only to be blamed for the problems. Each time they insisted the vehicle was “fixed,” another warning light appeared. In the end, I was forced to spend $1,500 on repairs immediately after purchase—repairs that should never have been necessary if the dealership had been honest. The sales associate was more interested in chasing another sale than helping us, and the technicians lied about replacing parts. The car wasn’t even cleaned as promised, and instead of the all‑season tires we requested, we were given summer tires. This dealership is built on deception, not customer service. Their fraudulent practices and blatant disregard for integrity prove they cannot be trusted. If you value your money, time, and peace of mind, stay far away from this place.”
