βAbsolutely appalled at this location. Was visiting here with family from out of town, when a lady caught a flat tire and parked near their service center. Four associates stood outside and rather than asking if she needed assistance, one associate, Chris, told her to move her vehicle so that they could continue to take photos of unsold cars on the lot. Yesβ¦ move the vehicle with the flat tire... We were in the market for a 2026 Tahoe but will now be taking our business to the Newport News location IF we buy a Chevy at all. Disgraceful.β

βI have never been to a car dealership where I felt like a person before. Walking in, I was able to cover all of my concerns with the advisor. Kelly was absolutely amazing and explained everything very well. The prices were fair and I never felt like they were taking advantage of me. I didn't have any pressure to pay for work to be done but just explained what concerns my car had. The people were overall friendly and everyone seemed very genuine. The guy that drove the shuttle was absolutely amazing too and the overall experience was comfortable. I loved that the shuttle service was complimentary so that we could explore local stores and restaurants while waiting. Despite the service team taking a long time, the shuttle service honestly made the time pass by very quickly. I would highly recommend this location and truly felt like I was cared for and seen as a personβ

βMajor shout out to first team Hampton Mazda in 2014 I bought my first car a 2014 Mazda 3SGT all Survey my countries US Naval combat force that little Mazda SGT served me and so many of my combat brother so well I drove that car from coast to coast from Virginia to Illinois to California. It served me very well and my family very well. This dealership does a lot for its military members. While I was stationed there in 2014 to 2015 first team, Hampton Mazda and Chevrolet would do like family festivals for their members. I remember shortly after buying my car they did like a concert with Colton James and he sung the song, brave man. I literally got a CD of his Autographed by him.
In my experiences with doing business with them, they were truly setting the bar for excellence when it comes to customer service they truly went above and beyond and well exceeded my expectations The showroom was always clean as was the service waiting areas as were the bathrooms and they always seem to have some kind of event going on for their clients. They always had waters or hot beverages snacks of some sort for you to wait if you needed a loaner cars they had you on that and they offer fair deals.
Over the years, I did a lot of modifications to that 2014 SGT Many of the warranties and service packages that I purchased continue to work even as I moved around from different states so itβs good to see that the money spent for the warranties was well worth it and the work the warranties and all of the associated laborers and parts were all covered.β
