“I purchased a vehicle from 1st team Hampton, on Oct. 21st, 2025, and they ruined my entire special buying experience selling me a junk vehicle! I was Scammed, and Lied too! They used detail shop magic to make the condition of the exterior of the vehicle look better than what the body really was! The business now that they have the 25,000, they Scammed me out of, does not want to make it right, because they have half my life savings and Corperate praises their deceitful sells practices to boost their bottom line! As a veteran, I never felt more cheated, and advise all people to find a better busines to purchase your new or used vehicle! Don't fall victim to the same scam I did!”

“We had a wonderful experience with the First Team. Our sales representative KK Westmoreland was very helpful, funny and kind. She was not pushy and let us take our time to make the right choice for our family. Joseph Lopez was extremely patient and helpful with giving multiple scenarios and trying to help us find a budget that worked for us. The entire office spoiled and entertained our very social children as they had to wait on us to make decisions, test drive and finally through the purchase and trade in process. We are very pleased with the family friendly atmosphere the team provided! Thankful for this team!”

“This was without a doubt, the best experience that I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. And I've bought quite a few in My life. I was Shocked how different this dealership was (In a good way). First, I didn't get swarmed by a bunch of sales people. One person approached me and Simply asked if I had any Questions. He answered them and left me alone and actually gave me time to think. There was NO B.S. about how much I wanted to Spend, What kind of payments I could afford, or back and forth waste of time with price or trade Valve. I was given a fair Set of #'s from start without having to give up my entire life history to get them. Of Course, I Countered their Offer,... didn't get everything I asked for but the Salesman was upfront and honest and did give in some and I was very happy with the outcome. We had Come to terms on a deal within 90 minutes of me pulling into the dealership, and most of that was me talking on the phone with my wife. It was So nice to be treated with respect, Common Sense, and patience. I Could not have been more impressed or happy with the Staff, or the 2026 silverado 2500hd That I purchased. I worked with Cesar Jelambi and Ernest Hensel, and both were absolutely awesome to deal with. COURTESY, RESPECT, HONESTY, COMMON SENSE !!!... “Can anyone tell me what the point of making an appointment for an oil change is if it’s going to take 3 hours? I had an appointment yesterday morning (18Sep2025) at 8:30 am, thinking I would be in and out real quick. Boy was I wrong! I asked the receptionist in the waiting room at 9:30 what the status of my truck was, and IT had taken over her computer so she couldn’t check. By the time she could check it was 10. 10:15 the mechanic came in to talk to the receptionist cause she went to ask about my truck (which I appreciate). He told her “we’re just pulling it in now”. It doesn’t make sense to me that make an appointment for something, with them knowing that I’m waiting for my vehicle, if they’re going to take 2 hours to get to it. Especially for a service that should take about 15 minutes. I bought my truck here, I’ve come here for service before and it was great. I don’t know what happened but it’s fallen off and it absolutely SUCKS. I’m not the only 3 hour wait time 1 star review. Something needs to happen with the service department. 100% not coming back.”

“Major shout out to first team Hampton Mazda in 2014 I bought my first car a 2014 Mazda 3SGT all Survey my countries US Naval combat force that little Mazda SGT served me and so many of my combat brother so well I drove that car from coast to coast from Virginia to Illinois to California. It served me very well and my family very well. This dealership does a lot for its military members. While I was stationed there in 2014 to 2015 first team, Hampton Mazda and Chevrolet would do like family festivals for their members. I remember shortly after buying my car they did like a concert with Colton James and he sung the song, brave man. I literally got a CD of his Autographed by him. In my experiences with doing business with them, they were truly setting the bar for excellence when it comes to customer service they truly went above and beyond and well exceeded my expectations The showroom was always clean as was the service waiting areas as were the bathrooms and they always seem to have some kind of event going on for their clients. They always had waters or hot beverages snacks of some sort for you to wait if you needed a loaner cars they had you on that and they offer fair deals. Over the years, I did a lot of modifications to that 2014 SGT Many of the warranties and service packages that I purchased continue to work even as I moved around from different states so it’s good to see that the money spent for the warranties was well worth it and the work the warranties and all of the associated laborers and parts were all covered.”
