“Our car was totaled on Mothers Day by no fault of our's. We have been looking since then for something we could afford. Our cousin found this Outlet on Auto Traders on line. I contacted the number listed and got an immediate response from Adam. He was very informative and told me since we had to drive 2.5 hours to look at the truck that he would hold it. So on July 3 2025 we drove the 2.5 hours to look at the truck. When you purchase for cash there is only a 3 month/4500 mile warranty which I guess is good (I have never purchased a vechile right out). Unfortunately Adam was not there and we dealt with Tony. We test drove the 2016 Chevy Silverado 1500 LT. It had a few cosmetic issues as expected, but in wounderful condition with great milage. The tires were manufactured in Jan of 2025 but one of them seems a little bald. A few things we didn't notice when we purchased that we wished we had, but the biggest thing is the air worked when test drove it and when drove it the 2.5 hours back home, however the next day it stopped and hasn't worked since then. I text Adam and he said we could bring it back up there 2.5 hours away, so not happy about that. They did fill the fuel and it gets great gas milage. So I am not sure what we are going to do about the air. Also they forgot to give me a copy of the carfax but said they would send it in the mail when they send me the extra key and key fob. So I will update later to see if they do all they stated they would do. UPDATE: Adam and Toni are wonderful. We had to take the truck back today and they fixed everything they promised. The air got charged, the trailer brake plug got fixed, they replaced the 4 lug nuts, they gave us a better key fob case and a full tank of gas... Prayers all go great from here on out...”
