Somehow the lines got crossed and a salesman from New Car Sales Josh called me and I let him know I was looking at a used vehicle. He helped me through everything without ever having to step in the door. Last minute and on his day off Josh came in to finalize the paperwork and I took my new (to me) truck home. I appreciated Josh helping and guiding me through everything, even on his day off. Nobody does that and I didn't want to wait all weekend to pick up the truck so he came in special, even when it wasn't technically his department.
