My wife and I purchased an F-150 Lariat from Josh Smith at Hagerstown Ford, and it was the best car-buying experience we’ve ever had. Josh was patient, personable, and made the process enjoyable with plenty of laughs along the way. Most importantly, he took great care of us from start to finish. We would absolutely recommend Josh and look forward to buying from him again in the future.

He is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and he made the entire process easy and smooth. He answered all of our questions and truly made the car-buying experience easy for us. Loved my buying experience at Hagerstown Ford. When I decided to buy a new F150 Platinum, Claudia was phenomenal!! From the initial phone call telling her what I wanted to buy all the way through delivery and beyond. She always answers calls quickly and assists me with any needs. Great service and sales team!! If you are looking for a new truck, make Hagerstown Ford your first choice!

Very polite efficient employees. Brad Summers is awesome. He carries through on “what he promises” and goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable during the process. Brad even helped to make my last purchase a surprise for my husband (car with bow on it). Bought 5 cars from him in the last 2-3 years. Will always have him as my car salesman and go to person for any issues I may have.

If I could give zero stars I would. Stay as far away from this place unless you want a bunch of lies and your car damaged. This was the first time using this dealership. We had my daughter's car towed there on July 14th, 2025 for service work only to find out that when we picked up the car somebody had backed into it. We showed Anthony, the Quick Lane manager, who was handling our paperwork and he told us that he would review the cameras where the car was parked. My daughter went up there a few days later and Anthony told her that it was a customer who backed into her car and that he was going to get in touch with the customer and get their information. He said that he was going to get everything taken care of and that he was a man of his word. We went back on July 28th to talk to Justin (Service Manager) about what was going on and he was going to find out more information and get back in touch with us. We never heard anything back. We have been dealing with this for almost a month. We go back up there again on August 18th and talk to Anthony and he said that all the paperwork was in Judy's (CFO) office and to bring the car back in on August 27th to get the damages fixed. I asked Anthony why we weren't given the customers information and he said that he was being the mediator between everyone. WELL HERE COMES THE LIES, we picked up the car on Sept.8th only to be told that the camera where the car was parked wasn't working and didn't pick up anything, there was no customer information. The only repair they did was take a paint touch up pen to the gouges/scratches and did an AWFUL job at that, they didn't fix the dent or the back bumper even after Anthony telling my daughter everything would be taken care of after dropping the car off. Anthony said he did the repair out of the goodness of his heart to keep us as a customer but this is not how you keep a customer if all you're going to get is Lies. This will be the last time we ever use this dealership.
